Below are our hotel terms and conditions. Please kindly read them carefully and acknowledge your acceptance!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment: First night deposit will be charged. Balance due on arrival.<\/li>\n<li>In case the card holder is not the main guest, hotel will require photo of ID upon check-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Check-in and Check-out time:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in: 2.00 pm \u2013 Check-out: til 12.00 noon.<\/li>\n<li>Early arrival and late check-out, please contact us directly (via email or telephone), availability and fee will be informed accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cancellation and Non Arrival (No-Show):\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellation: If cancelled or modified more than 3 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be charged.
