Thank you for choosing to stay with us at the Saigon Hotel. Below are our hotel terms and conditions. Please kindly read them carefully and acknowledge your acceptance!
Payment:
- Payment: First night deposit will be charged. Balance due on arrival.
- In case the card holder is not the main guest, hotel will require photo of ID upon check-in.
Check-in and Check-out time:
- Check-in: 2.00 pm – Check-out: til 12.00 noon.
- Early arrival and late check-out, please contact us directly (via email or telephone), availability and fee will be informed accordingly.
Cancellation and Non Arrival (No-Show):
- Cancellation: If cancelled or modified more than 3 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be charged. If cancelled or modified less than 3 days before the date of arrival, or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
- All cancellation or amendment will need to be confirmed by the hotel via email.
Child Policies:
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Free of accommodation charge for only one child under 06 years old sharing the room and bed with parents.
- Children from 6 years old and above are considered as adults and are required to pay an extra bed of 500.000 VND/pax (breakfast included).
- From the 2nd child, an additional charge of VND 500.000 will be applied, including Extra bed and buffet breakfast.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed.

- WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
