At Saigon Hotel, we are now using QR Code to automatically link to the Hotel Website to collect the Guests’ feedback. It will be more convenient for the Guests who would love to tell us how good jobs we are doing or how could we do it better to make your next visits even more comfortable and memorable experience.
Other than that, this small shift would also help us save more printed-out papers.
